For over a decade, The Novo Nordisk FlexPen® has helped millions of diabetic people the world over to inject insulin with increasing convenience. To drive product adoption in the Indian market, Novo Nordisk came to us to help amplify the benefits of shifting from the painful and often daunting experience of injections from the vial, to the portable and far convenient FlexPen® with a series of marketing videos.
We undertook preliminary research, conducted over a dozen primary interviews with doctors and patients, scripted stories inspired by real patients and their problems, and ran the production end to end – including shoots and edits. The emphasis of the videos focused on the wide array of benefits such as far lesser pain, superior accuracy, optimised dose force, portability, and convenience offered by the FlexPen® when compared to its counterpart – the vial.
