Associate Brand Manager

We are looking for an Associate Brand Manager to own and manage: strategizing, managing, and implementing marketing strategies that aid in building and magnifying the Red Bangle brand and community, increasing customer engagement, and amplifying customer and collaborator advocacy.

As part of this role, you will conduct market and competitive analyses to strengthen positioning and content relevance, manage marketing campaigns, generate reports outlining success and areas of improvement, as well as collaborate with both—internal teams, and external vendors to manage marketing deliverables.

As an Associate Brand Manager, you’re meticulous, organized, and have an infectious growth mindset. You come armed with strong project management skills, a balanced understanding of multiple distribution channels such as Social Media, PR, and Digital Marketing, and have previously worked with CRM platforms such as Hubspot. Ultimately, you will help establish the Red Bangle brand in the market as a thought leader in the media-tech and video space through content marketing efforts optimized for conversion.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct research to identify market trends and target customers’ preferences
  • Create marketing plans to increase brand awareness
  • Ensure strong brand presence in online and offline channels
  • Research competition and identify opportunities for growth
  • Conceptualize advertising campaigns promoting brand share of voice, existing services, and technology
  • Report to the Lead – Marketing, on organic traction and the results of advertising campaigns
  • Assist in developing effective media campaigns and choosing appropriate distribution channels
  • Research and contribute to developing a clear PR strategy that is aligned with PR goals of the company
  • Create and execute PR plans while actively coordinating with PR partner agencies
  • Research and present social media and content marketing plans and ideas targeting B2B clients and creative collaborators
  • Co-create, publish, facilitate, manage and report on:
    • social media communications
    • blog posts
    • case studies
    • email marketing
    • cross-posting of content and articles
    • influencer marketing
    • and other digital marketing tactics
  • Manage content calendar and ensure content consistency in quality and frequency 
  • Contribute to the creation of an awesome client and collaborator experience across touchpoints
  • Research, understand and support in developing a high-performance website to fuel growth
  • Maintain and update website as needed while actively coordinating with website dev and management partner agencies
  • Learn and execute CRM processes
  • Learn and execute campaigns, track leads and conversions
  • Identify and apply for relevant award and recognition opportunities

Requirements

  • At least three years of experience building world-class content and building brands
  • Previous work experience as an Associate Brand Manager, Assistant Brand Manager, Marketing Associate, or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies, channels, and branding
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Familiarity with distribution channels and media marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools and techniques
  • Ability to conduct market analysis (and the know-how to use and interpret spreadsheets and charts)
  • Video production industry experience accounts for additional brownie points
